This is a single Leviton #49257-I32 universal patch panel labelling kit for identifying patch panel ports. Each kit contains enough material to label up to 96 ports: 24 adhesive backed clear mounting strips and 7 sheets of perforated label stock with pre-drawn dividing lines. Each clear mounting strip measures 3-1/2" x 7/16".
