Shipping

Most orders ship same day if received by 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday and 12:00 pm EST Saturday. Some larger orders or items that require special handling may be shipped next business day.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world via Fed-Ex or USPS. If you choose any Fed-Ex Service as your shipping method, please be sure that the address is a physical address of a business or residence. Fed-Ex packages are not able to be sent to PO or APO boxes.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Flat Rate Shipping

Flat Rate shipping allows you to pay one flat fee for shipping regardless of the quantity of items you order. Shipping method will be determined by us based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Orders shipped under the Flat Rate Shipping offer will be shipped via US Postal, FedEx Ground, or comparable service—without explicit or implied guaranteed transit time—within the United States.
