Leviton PSE8-W white sectional wallplate. It is an end section with a duplex receptacle opening and can be reversed for left or right hand installation. Sectional wallplates are used in custom applications to "build" the right wallplate for a special installation. Made of a tough unbreakable themoplastic material for high impact resistance. Each is separately pacakged with matching mounting screws.
