Leviton PSC14-W white blank sectional wall plate. Used in multi-gang sectional wallplate installations where a blank space is required; sometimes also used to make a custom plate. These are made of a tough unbreakable thermoplastic material for high impact resistance. Each is individually packaged with the mounting strap and matching mounting screws.
