This is a lot of 5 Leviton #PSC1-I ivory sectional wallplates. It is a middle section with a standard toggle switch opening. Sectional wallplates are used in custom applications to "build" the right wallplate for a special installation. These are made of a tough unbreakable themoplastic material for high impact resistance. Each is separately packaged with matching mounting screws.
