Leviton 41294-2QI ivory 2-port Quickport adapter for use in Multimedia Outlet Systems (MOS). This is a 1.5-unit high module that allows you to use standard Quickport jacks alongside your MOS connectors and jacks; the 45 degree angle keeps cords out of the way and assures bend radius compliance. Compatible with both MOS wallplates and MOS surface mount boxes. Leviton's MOS components are specifically geared toward fiber optic and enhanced audio/video applications. They provide a level of customization that is not often available through other systems. The MOS line is distinguished from other QuickPort housings by several features:
