Leviton 41087-QIP ivory 4-port Quickport mounting platform (also known as a Quad 106 and sold under Leviton part numbers 41087-4I. 41087-4IP, 40898-IBR, and 40898-I). Please note that we include a matching wallplate - this is normally sold separately from other vendors. This flush mounted wallplate accepts all QuickPort snap-in modules used for audio, video, and telecommunications. It is designed to match the look of conventional duplex receptacles for a consistent appearance throughout the installation.
