This is a single Leviton #66591 industrial reset GFCI cord. They are 2' long and rated 15A 125VAC (1875W) - 14/3 wire, NEMA 5-15. The indicator light goes off when tripped or when power is disconnected. Each is individually packaged; packaging may differ from photo.
