Leviton 5954-CT4 clear ice telephone surge protection module for use in a Leviton 5950 modular power strip or a Leviton 3950-BKT structured media center bracket. Features include:

• 1 Amp fuses for over-current protection for each line
• Uses RJ11, 4-wire/2 pair phone connectors
• 3-position splitter allows your phone and fax/modem/answering machine to be connected to a common line
• Minimizes voltage surges but will not correct low voltage conditions or problems caused by faulty wiring
