Leviton AP320C adapter plate kit. Used to install Leviton 20 Amp 3-wire pin & sleeve inlets and receptacles in Crouse-Hinds or Appleton back boxes. The two plates measure 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" at the outer edges with 4 mounting holes that measure approximately 4" apart center to center when measured along the diagonal. One plate is 3/8" thick with a 2-5/8" diameter center hole; the small threaded holes measure 3" center to center when measured along the diagonal. The other plate is 1/8" thick with a 2" diamter hole; the small threaded holes are 2-1/2" apart measured center to center along the diagonal.
