Leviton 80728-W white power outlet cover. Commercial grade with 2.15" diameter receptacle opening, made of a tough unbreakable thermoplastic which will not chip or crack. Midway size, measuring 4.88"h x 3.13"w, 3/8" higher and wider than standard size covers for use with larger size wall boxes and to hide irregularities on the surrounding wall.
