Midway size, measuring 4.88"h x 4.94"w, 3/8" higher and wider than standard size covers for use with larger size wall boxes or to hide irregularities on the surrounding wall. Typical use would be for straight blade power outlets such as the following Leviton part numbers: 278, 279, 5206, 5207, 5371, 5372, 5373, and 5374. Each is individually packaged with matching mounting screws.
