Leviton 5F100-6ZF mounting plate loaded with 6 fiber optic duplex FC couplings. These have Zirconia ceramic sleeves and are SM/MM rated. Designed for installation in Leviton fiber optic patch panels. Also fits the Leviton 47612-MMA multi-media bracket (sold separately) to create custom audio/video panels in a Structured Media Center (SMC).
