This is a Leviton #46666-BTS replacement stem for the Leviton 46666-BT termination tool (or any other 66-BT style tool - they are interchangeable). It is the replacement stem only. It has recesses for .038 and .045 66-clip terminals. Once again, please note that this the replacement stem only - it is is not a cutting blade.
