Leviton 5EA10-M2W white combination data/video wallplate. Each has one Cat 5e jack (RJ45) and one coaxial cable video jack. Commercial Grade, Midway size, made of a high-performance unbreakable thermoplastic for high abuse environments; do not confuse them with regular residential grade wallplates which can chip and crack. Midway size measures 3.125"w X 4.875"h, 3/8" larger in both dimensions than standard size plates and is intended for use with larger volume outlet boxes or to hide irregularities in the surrounding wall.
