Leviton 5648-A almond Decora combination receptacle/pilot light switch. Great for applications where you want to add an additional switch or receptacle to an existing wall box. Pilot light provides added convenience of visual indication that the switch is ON - good for applications such as fans or crawlspace/attic lighting that may get left on accidentally. This is a discontinued style that you cannot get any more from Leviton. Due to the configuration of the terminal screws on this device it is NOT possible to wire it so the switch controls the receptacle and pilot light indicating whether the receptacle is hot. For the pilot light to work properly the receptacle would be hot all of the time. If you are purchasing this item so that the switch can control the receptacle it is possible, but the pilot light would remain on all of the time in that application. Rocker switch is Commercial Specification Grade, single pole, rated 15A 120V, 1/2hp @ 120V, 2hp@240V.
