Leviton 41038-IDA ivory surface mount jack. Type 103 8-conductor 8-position jack with 110-type insulation displacement connectors for fast installation with a punchdown tool (sold separately). Mounts easily on most walls, floors, and office furniture using screws or double-sided tape (both included). Jack measures 2-3/4" x 2-1/2" and is 1-1/8" Deep. Each is individually packaged.
