Leviton 40816-BA almond 6-port, Quickport sectional wallplate. Plate is an end section with 6 Quickport openings and can be reversed for left or right hand installation. Used in multi-gang applications to cap a long wallplate or used in pairs to make a two-gang plate as shown in the photo below. Accepts Quickport snap-in modules for audio, video, and telecommunications uses. Just snap two of these together and you get a 12-port 2-gang plate.
