Leviton #2949-PRT lampholder. Used for mounting the Leviton 4010 porcelain lampholder. Normal safe assembly requires a gasket between the base and lampholder to insulate the wiring (sorry we do not have any gaskets). Center to center of the mounting holes is 3.3 cm and the Diameter is 3.6 cm
