Hubbell NP1126 brown combination telephone/Decorator wallplate. Commercial grade plate with one Decorator/rocker/GFCI opening and one 0.406" diameter phone/cable hole (strap mount hole pattern). Used to custom mount phone or cable connectors of your choice (not included). Slightly oversize dimensions, measuring 4.63"h x 4.68"w, provide an extra 1/8" in length and width than standard plates from other manufacturers to provide increased coverage around irregular wall openings.
