Hubbell #HBLCFB401CB 4-gang shallow recessed concrete floor box - Cast Iron. Box measures 3.13" x 10" x 10" with a 25.5 cu in capacity. The minimal depth of pour is 3.25" and adjustments are required before pour. There are two (2) 1" threaded access holes in the chamber. Closure Plugs and Concrete cover are included.
