New GM 12499099 grille guard. For use on 2-Wheel-Drive models only and is not compatible with hood deflector. This unit is Dark smoke gray with chrome bar tubular guard fits around front grille for added protection on city streets or off-road Terrain. Custom-fit grille guard and mounting gaskets eliminate metal-to-metal contact and provide flush appearance. Installation of the Brush/ Grille Guard will require removal of OEM tow hooks and re-use of the hardware. This is not a bolt-on guard; you will need to drill additional holes in your bumper fascia and you will need a Riv-nut installation tool. We have included photos of the installation instructions for you to read before buying so that you understand all that is required.
