Eaton SI10P-BK black slide dimmer with preset. Features include:

Rated 1000W 120VAC - for use with Incandescent and Halogen lighting ONLY; will not work with LED or CFL bulbs
Preset allows dimmer to be turned on to its previously set brightness level
Single-pole or 3-way when installed with a 3-way switch (cannot have a dimmer at both locations)
