10 Bryant/Hubbell gray plug-in outlet adapters (Bryant is a division of Hubbell). If you live in an old house like we do, you use a lot of these! Residential Grade, NEMA 5-15R, 2-pole/2-wire to 2-pole/3-wire grounding, rated 15A 125V. Converts an outlet for a 2-prong plug to an outlet for a 3-prong grounding plug; for power tools, appliances and extension cords. Bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. Warning: to avoid fire, shock, or death; turn off power at circuit breaker or fuse and test that power is off before installing!
Remove wallplate screw. While holding wallplate in place over wall outlet, insert adapter so that the metal ring is directly over the wallplate screw hole.
Replace wallplate screw and tighten firmly.
Restore power. Installation is complete
Note: Grounding is accomplished only when the outlet box is properly grounded
